TillFlow provides digital tools and introducer services that connect UK businesses with commercial lenders, brokers, and financial providers. TillFlow does not provide personal financial advice or regulated consumer credit services. Services are exclusively for UK‑registered limited companies and incorporated businesses.
2. Scope of Services
TillFlow provides a digital platform for business finance discovery and introduces UK businesses to lenders and brokers. All decisions regarding lending, creditworthiness, terms, and approvals are made solely by third‑party lenders. TillFlow does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any financial product or provider.
3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Information provided by TillFlow is general and educational in nature. TillFlow does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Users must seek independent professional advice prior to entering any financial agreement.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To use TillFlow services, you must be a UK‑registered business (Limited Company or LLP), be at least 18 years old, and be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
5. Third‑Party Introductions
TillFlow may introduce users to external lenders, brokers, and financial service providers. TillFlow is not responsible for the actions, decisions, terms, or conduct of third‑party providers. Any agreements formed are strictly between the user and the third party. TillFlow accepts no liability for outcomes related to third‑party interactions.
6. Fees and Commissions
TillFlow may receive a commission from lenders or brokers where a successful introduction results in a finance agreement. This commission does not increase the cost of finance to the business. TillFlow does not charge users directly for using its platform.
7. Data Use and Privacy
TillFlow may collect and process information submitted by users for the purpose of finance discovery and assessment. Data may be shared with third‑party lenders and brokers in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Further details are available in the TillFlow Privacy Policy.
8. Platform Availability
TillFlow aims to provide continuous availability of its digital platform. However, access may occasionally be disrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. TillFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
TillFlow is not liable for financial losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect damages arising from the use of its platform or third‑party introductions. TillFlow makes no guarantee of funding success or suitability of products. TillFlow’s total liability is limited to £1 or the value of any commission received for the relevant introduction, whichever is lower.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments
TillFlow may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
